today first is graduation day.
it went smooth - i think.
then go home, sleep, wake up, go to school again for exco meeting.
talk about upcoming primary school visit.
then on with KK training.
this time, we have extra to do - sprints.
did it for two times before we had the chance to do our favourite activity - climbing stairs.
words of encouragement was heard throughout the exercise.
it was good indeed.
did ok for the first 7-8 rounds and quite slack a little bit for the last few rounds.
2mrw got to wake up early go swimming at sengkang - YAY.
try ti be healthy although im thin. wakaka.
drink lots of milk and ofcourse try to get lots of protein and iron.
that is the same to you KK members as well.
